In a unique fusion of cultural artistry and environmental consciousness, I was commissioned to design a series of packaging solutions for Ecolean. The brief was to encapsulate the vibrancy of Pakistani truck art while embedding a sustainable twist—a seed embedded in each pouch handle to encourage planting and growth.

The process began with researching the iconic elements of Pakistani truck art, known for its bright colors and intricate patterns. These motifs were then carefully adapted to fit the packaging format, ensuring that the artwork was both aesthetically pleasing and reflective of the traditional art form. The innovative addition of a seed within the package handle was integrated seamlessly into the design, symbolizing the potential for new life with each product.

The final designs are a celebration of color, pattern, and sustainability. They feature bold, folkloric illustrations and motifs that wrap around the packaging, creating a narrative that unfolds as the consumer engages with the product. The seed, discreetly housed within the pouch handle, invites the consumer to partake in an act of environmental stewardship, bridging the gap between product use and ecological impact.
